Bill Atwood has joined the Allen Wine Group as general partner of the Calistoga CPA firm, which provides business consulting and contract CFO and controller services to the wine industry. Previously, he served as manager at the Santa Rosa CPA firm Dal Poggetto & Company.

MarketLive, a Petaluma eCommerce service provider, has added two new executives.

Jeff Kreutz has joined the company as senior vice president of product management. Previously, he was vice president of product development at RightNow Technologies and product line manager at Siebel Systems.

Paige Mazzoni has joined the company as vice president of marketing. Previously, she was vice president of marketing for Safari Books Online and served as a marketing executive at the Nelson Family of Companies, MindBox and Fair Isaac.

Kathryn Samples has joined the private speech-language pathology practice of Santa Rosa Speech and Language Services. She joins her father, Dr. John M. Samples, as a partner in the business.

Tina Castelli Beard has been promoted to manager of the Windsor Certified Farmers Market, effective next Jan. 1. She replaces founder Glenda Castelli, who is retiring. Previously, Beard served as marketing director and assistant market manager.

The American Red Cross for Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake counties has announced new leadership for its board of directors.

Robert Cantu, president of Western Builders, will serve as chairman; Tyler Comstock, executive vice president and chief financial officer for Jackson Family Wines, first vice-chair; Steve Countouriotis, retired U.S. Army officer, second vice-chair; and Stacy Drucker-Andress, human resource consultant for Agilent Technologies, secretary.

Three people have joined the nonprofit organization’s board of directors: winemaker Paul Dolan, co-founder of H.D.D LLC; John N. Ghigliazza, superintendent of PG&E maintenance and construction operations in Sonoma and Humboldt counties; and Austin Martinez, a Maria Carrillo High School student.
