Petaluma girl, 14, reports passing driver exposed himself

<p>Petaluma police Thursday were investigating a report that a man exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl walking home from school.</p><p>The encounter occurred at about 3:15 p.m. on Catalpa Way near Baywood Drive, Sgt. Ralph Evans said.</p><p>A man in a light blue or green car, possibly a Honda or Toyota, pulled up alongside the girl and called out to her before exposing himself, Evans said.</p><p>Then he drove away.</p><p>He was described as a Hispanic man between 20 and 30 years old with short black hair and a mustache, Evans said.</p><p>Officers searched the area but did not find a person matching that description, Evans said.</p><p>Anyone with information about the case can call Officer Matt Frick at 778-4372.</p><p>Copyright © 2013 PressDemocrat.com — All rights reserved.
