Petaluma woman identified as victim of fatal Highway 101 crash

Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal crash on Highway 101 near the Sonoma-Marin county line as Joy Weiss, 31, of Petaluma.
Weiss was the driver of northbound pickup that crashed off the side of the highway into a deep ditch early Wednesday morning, injuring three passengers and ending her life, the CHP said.
The three injured passengers included Davinder Singh, 21, Charan Singh, 29, and Gaurav Saxena, 31, all of Petaluma.
