Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are later found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Monday, March 11

8:07 a.m. — Theft from a vehicle was reported on Olive Street.

8:05 a.m. — Marijuana distribution was reported on Cypress Drive.

Sunday, March 10

2:03 a.m. — Cassandra A. Carl, 34, of Cotati was arrested on Mary Street at Petaluma Boulevard North on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI. She was released on a citation to appear in court.

3:15 a.m. — Enrique R. Altamirano, 37, of Petaluma was arrested on the southbound Highway 101 East Washington Street off-ramp on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI. He was arrested and booked into jail.

12:05 p.m. — Burglary from a vehicle was reported on Jeffrey Drive.

3:52 p.m. — Burglary was reported on Catalpa Way.

3:59 p.m. — A misdemeanor hit and run was reported on El Rose Drive.

Saturday, March 9

12:54 a.m. — Terry L. Thomas, 56, of Novato was arrested on the southbound Highway 101 East Washington Street off-ramp on suspicion of two misdemeanor DUI charges. He was arrested and booked into jail.

1:59 p.m. — Narcotic activity was reported on St. Francis Drive. Officers were unable to locate any suspects upon arrival.

Friday, March 8

1:03 a.m. — Kurt K. Campbell, 30, of Spring Valley was arrested in the 5100 block of Montero Way on suspicion of felony embezzlement and possession of stolen property. He was arrested and booked into jail.

3:22 p.m. — A misdemeanor hit and run was reported on Bond Avenue at South McDowell Boulevard.

Thursday, March 7

12:13 p.m. — Grand theft was reported on C Street.

12:23 p.m. — Burglary was reported on Petaluma Boulevard North.

9:44 p.m. — Eladio R. Castronaal, 20, of Petaluma was arrested in the 1300 block of North McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of misdemeanor public intoxication and vandalism. He was arrested and booked into jail.

10:22 p.m. — Angel U. Leal Dozaman, 25, of Petaluma was arrested in the 1300 block of North McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and driving while unlicensed. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Wednesday, March 6

8:16 a.m. — Vandalism was reported on Rocca Drive.

2:21 p.m. — Felony burglary was reported on West Haven Way.

4:38 p.m. — Fraud was reported on North McDowell Boulevard.

9:51 p.m. — Graffiti was reported on Lakeville Street.

Tuesday, March 5

7:51 a.m. — Andrea A. Maldonado, 21, of Petaluma was arrested on Ely Road on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and misdemeanor domestic violence battery. She was arrested and booked into jail.

7:58 a.m. — Narcotic Activity was reported on Douglas Street.

10:55 a.m. — Battery was reported on Bordeaux Drive.

12:33 p.m. — Vandalism was reported on Kentucky Street.

5:09 p.m. — Fraud was reported on Branbury Court.

10:58 p.m. — Kevin F. Ippolito, 27, of Novato was arrested in the 700 block of Wester Avenue on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI. He was arrested and booked into jail.
