Here are some of the cases the Petaluma police responded to recently. The Argus-Courier publishes the names of people arrested for serious crimes such as those involving physical injury, property loss or damage of property, including burglary, battery, vandalism and drunken driving. People who are later found innocent or who have charges dropped may contact the Argus-Courier to have follow-up information published.

Monday, March 18

2:20 a.m. — Nicklos A. Bonilla, 30, of Rohnert Park was arrested on Sycamore Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence battery.

6:36 p.m. — Marijuana distribution was reported on Cypress Drive.

Sunday, March 17

1:44 a.m. — Felipe Bernal, 20, of Valley Ford was arrested on Lakeville Highway at Marina Avenue on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.

6:51 p.m. — Jesse R. Brant, 19, of Petaluma was arrested on Lakeville Street on suspicion of felony obstruction of a peace officer and misdemeanor public intoxication and resisting arrest.

7:06 p.m. — Felony burglary was reported on Ellis Street.

10:22 p.m. — Bryan R. Vann, 24, of San Jose was arrested on Kentucky Street on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.

Saturday, March 16

12:38 p.m. — Vandalism was reported on Bassett Street at Post Street.

6:26 p.m. — Timothy W. Kemp, 50, of Petaluma was arrested on Petaluma Boulevard North at East Washington Street on suspicion of felony misdemeanor DUI after hitting a person. He was also charged with misdemeanor DUI and violation of probation. He was arrested and booked into jail where he posted a $30,000 bail and was released.

Thursday, March 14

10:49 a.m. — Fraud was reported on Casa Grande Road.

5:14 p.m. — Marijuana distribution was reported on Cypress Drive.

10:55 p.m. — Efrain Barajas-Rivera, 34, of Petaluma was arrested on Corona Road at North McDowell Boulevard on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Wednesday, March 13

11:10 a.m. — A vehicle was reported stolen on Petaluma Boulevard North.

5:10 p.m. — Felony grand theft was reported on Petaluma Boulevard North.

9:06 p.m. — Dillon M. Jensen, 18, address unknown, was arrested in the 200 block of Wilson Street on suspicion of felony burglary from a vehicle and felony theft. He was arrested and booked into jail.
