Adam Simpson and Dianne Vernon are new agents at the RE/MAX Full Spectrum office in Healdsburg.
Simpson graduated from UC Berkeley and previously worked in fund management for an investment bank. Vernon, a real estate agent since 2004, previously sold technical software for companies like Oracle, Sybase and Apple.
James Conners and Kimberly Baldwin are new resource development managers for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Sonoma County.
Conners previously worked for Boys & Girls clubs in Rohnert Park, Petaluma and Sonoma and served as head of client relations for LINK Creative. Baldwin most recently worked as a resource development manager for the American Lung Association.
David Corbin and Austin Canum have opened HomeSmart Advantage Realty in Santa Rosa, one of 15 franchises of Phoenix-based HomeSmart International. Their office is located at 1330 N. Dutton Ave., Suite 101.
Hardeep Gill has opened a new Togo's franchise at 111 Healdsburg Ave. in Healdsburg. Gill opened his first Togo's location last year at his gas station in Truckee.
Leslie's Poolmart has opened a new store in Rohnert Park, its second in Sonoma County, at 6319 Commerce Blvd. The Phoenix chain, which operates more than 800 swimming pool supply stores in the United States, opened 15 stores Friday.
Rebuilding Together Petaluma has announced four new board members: Joanne Ferris, development director for St. Vincent De Paul High School; Jeff Schach, battalion chief at Petaluma Fire Department; Heather Mackin, director of marketing and design at Trope Group; and Tim Saavedra, branch manager at Sonoma Bank.
The nonprofit provides free repair services for low-income homeowners.
